We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we find false or misleading information during onboarding or service engagement.

Ownership & Copyright

Once you approve your final logo or design, full ownership is transferred to you — it’s all yours. However, the tools, templates, or raw design materials used to create your final product remain the property of Australia Logo.

Clients are responsible for checking trademarks and copyrights before requesting a brand name or design. We strongly encourage you to verify that your name or visual identity isn’t already in use. Australia Logo cannot be held responsible for any copyright claims resulting from client oversight.

Website Availability

We do our best to ensure smooth, uninterrupted access to our website. However, we’re not liable for unexpected technical issues, site outages, or third-party disruptions that might affect your experience.

In rare cases, we may temporarily suspend or permanently close the site without notice. We’re also not responsible for any damages caused by fraud, hacking, or unauthorised access beyond our control.
